Standard Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard, non-custom products.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Refunds processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Custom Products

• Custom-cut glass, insulated glass units, and special orders are final sale.
• No returns or refunds are available unless defective or damaged due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at info@shop.olwininc.com or call (818) 923-1980 with photos of the product and packaging.
